Product description
Snake inspection robot is an intelligent pipe internal corrosion detector. It uses electromagnetic eddy current testing technology and does not need coupline medium and no need to touch the pipe. Robot walks in the pipeline by pressure of fluid or gas. During walking, the corrosion situation of the inner wall of the pipe is collected and recorded by the robot; and the data is analyzed and explained by special software, test report and conclusion are finally formed, and the internal corrosion and severity of the whole pipeline are determined, which provides a scientific and effective basis for the maintenance or replacement of the pipe in the field.
Using ECT inspection method, detecting corrosion in pipeline.The severity of corrosion in the pipeline can be qualitatively judged through special data and software analysis, to guide the management department for maintaining and managing.
